With the launch of the TIN INN hotel chain, we – Containerwerk, a manufacturing company – have broken new ground and set out to rethink the hotel concept from scratch. The handbook is an integral part of franchising. In the workshop with Sylvia and Millad, we developed an outline for it, chose a tool and learnt how to document our processes effectively. A great foundation to get started on!
Producing a franchise handbook for a restaurant chain is a real challenge. We started out on our own and then brought F4U on board. The team supported us quickly and efficiently, from the structure and the expertise needed to map out the processes right through to the selection of tools. This meant we were able to take care of creating the content and integrating it into our Vincent Vegan Campus ourselves. Today, the Campus is an integral part of every employee’s training, whether at our own sites or at our partners’.

A truly top-class course with very well-chosen content! The way the knowledge is conveyed is also impressive: a variety of methods, a strong practical focus and, above all, plenty of interaction in the workshops. I found the practical experiences shared by the other participants and the speakers particularly valuable. Alongside the face-to-face modules, discussions continued via the app, for example about interesting articles. This meant we were also able to try out tools directly in practice.

An absolutely brilliant course that offered real added value for me, even though I already had extensive prior knowledge. For the first time, the course gave me a holistic overview, including areas such as strategy, marketing and sales, which are not part of my core responsibilities. Even the initial analysis of the current situation was valuable to me. Now that I’ve completed the course, I can work out solutions with colleagues from other departments in a much more targeted way. The open and highly practical discussions gave me important insights into other sectors and sparked plenty of ideas. The project I presented – ‘Digital Interfaces in the Skilled Trades’ – is already being implemented!
Sylvia’s team has transformed a chaotic presence into a clearly structured one and has optimally combined the advantages of centralised/regional management with on-the-ground customer proximity. We have a clear overview of what’s happening where, can react accordingly, and can see whether our promotional campaigns are successful. Today, we already have over 50,000 fans of our shop pages and are running targeted Facebook offers.
